Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated QA Lead to join our organization. The QA Lead will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our products/services through the implementation and management of quality assurance processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in quality analysis, along with exceptional leadership skills and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Lead and manage a team of quality analysts, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of quality assurance processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess product/service quality and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards, resolve quality-related issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and regulations related to quality assurance and recommend appropriate measures to maintain compliance.
• Analyse quality data and prepare comprehensive reports for management, highlighting areas of concern, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization by promoting awareness, training, and engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with external auditors, regulatory agencies, and customers during quality audits and inspections.
• Collaborate with product development teams to ensure quality requirements are met throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Identify and implement automated tools and software to streamline quality assurance processes and enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management, or related discipline). Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in quality analysis, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Minimum 8 years of selenium Automation testing experience
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of quality analysts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in using quality management software and tools.
• Knowledge of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models especially Agile.
